We're Ben and Cody, two friends who grew up in Maine, spent our lives around coastal New England, and built Anchor Watch because second home owners in this part of the world deserve better than hoping a neighbor remembers to check in.

THE TEAM
Our Founders
Ben is a University of Maine graduate who has called Boston home for nearly ten years. After serving as a Military Police Officer in the United States Air Force, he built a career as an Account Executive working with organizations across the country and when the opportunity came to build something of his own, Anchor Watch felt like a natural fit.
Based in Boston, he covers Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Ipswich, Newburyport, and surrounding communities.

Cody is a Maine Maritime Academy graduate with over a decade of professional engineering and inspection experience at the government level. He grew up in Maine and has spent his career in New Hampshire, which means he knows both sides of the border better than most.
Based in Plaistow, he runs Anchor Watch's Seacoast New Hampshire and southern Maine territory, covering Hampton, Rye, Portsmouth, York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, and the surrounding area.

There are a lot of people who will check on your house. There aren't many who will do it professionally, document it thoroughly, and handle whatever comes up without you having to manage it from a thousand miles away.
We're a NHWA member and veteran-owned. We show up when we say we will. We send the report every week. And when something goes wrong — because sometimes something does — we're already on it.
